What is STEM?

STEM is more than just subjects; it’s an interdisciplinary approach that emphasizes the practical application of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This methodology equips students with a deep understanding of how things work and empowers them to develop effective solutions to pressing real-world problems.

The Uganda National STEM and Robotics Education Championship is proudly organized by The African School of Innovations Science and Technology (ASIST) / Young Engineers Uganda. As a pioneering and leading STEM education organization in Uganda, founded in 2015 and incorporated in 2016, ASIST is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and technological literacy among young Ugandans.
